Shipping and Delivery

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders are processed within 1-2 days upon confirmation. During sales, holidays, or busier periods, orders may take 2-3 days before they are shipped. Once an order has been confirmed, they cannot be modified or canceled. To make any changes, you may opt to return or exchange your item.

DELIVERY

You will receive a confirmation email from ATIIMU once your order is shipped from our warehouse in Italy. For fees and timeframes, you may refer to the following guide.

You may track your orders using the tracking code or link in your shipping confirmation email.

We arrange for DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) for all orders, which means the price already includes all taxes and duties.

We do our best to promptly deliver all orders. However, factors outside our control may affect these timeframes, such as delays in transit, customs and clearance procedures, and inclement weather.
