Free return & exchange

ATIIMU accepts returns for full-priced items with flaws. If you find that your item is any less than perfect, we are glad to offer you free returns. To be eligible, please follow these steps:

  • - Request for a return by emailing info@atiimu.com with clear photos of the damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will be in touch to arrange a free collections service for your parcel.

  • - Ensure that items are in their original and unused condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact.

  • - Print the waybills provided and attach them to your parcel.

  • - Ensure that your item is sealed and ready upon the collection date

  • - Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed

Your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days in the form of your original payment method or ATIIMU store credit. Refunds include the total value of the item, excluding shipping fees or customs charges. Wrinkles or creases are not considered flaws but rather a mark of genuine Italian leather. CARE TIPS FOR CALF LEATHER

We use genuine calf leather for many of our products. Genuine leather is supple and strong, but also absorbent and sensitive to humidity. We advise you to avoid contact with wet surfaces, rain, oil, grease, or alcohol. When not in use, keep your items in the dust bag provided and ensure it is stored away from direct heat or sunlight.

CARE TIPS FOR GOAT LEATHER

Goat leather is soft and flexible, providing a comfortable lining for your shoes and aging beautifully over time. While it is water-resistant, we advise that you keep it away from humid areas, water, rain, grease, and alcohol, like any other luxury leather good. To clean goat leather, use a soft, damp cloth and leave to air-dry. Store in the dust bag away from sunlight or heat.

CARE TIPS FOR SUEDE

Suede is known for the rich, velvety feel that sets it apart from smooth leather. From the start, treat suede with a waterproof spray to prevent water and stains from setting in. Remove dirt and maintain the appearance of the nap using a suede brush. When not in use, keep your suede item in its dust bag. Should your suede item remain heavily soiled, take it to a reputable cobbler for professional repair.

CARE TIPS FOR PATENT LEATHER

Patent leather is a sensitive type of leather often reserved for special occasions rather than used for everyday wear. The glossy appearance is achieved through layers of varnish coating. To keep the shine of patent leather, use a soft cloth and gently remove surface dirt. Patent leather may easily absorb other colors or pigments, thus it is advised to store it in its dust bag and avoid contact with dark materials, alcohol, and other solvents.

CARE TIPS FOR MIRRORED LEATHER

Mirrored leather features a reflective, metallic finish that may naturally develop wrinkles with wear. The surface can be cleaned and maintained with a soft cloth. Keep it in its dust bag to protect it from abrasion, liquids, or solvents.

CARE TIPS FOR MESH

Mesh is a textured material responsible for the airy upper to your shoes. You may clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth using light motions. We do not recommend using brushes or cleaning solutions, as this may cause abrasion. Should your mesh shoes or accessory require deeper cleaning, bring them to a reputable cobbler. Keep your mesh item in its care bag when not in use.

CARE TIPS FOR GLITTER FABRIC

We use the most exceptional glitter textiles for ATIIMU shoes and accessories. Due to their nature, it may catch on sensitive fabrications such as chiffon. Minor glitter loss may also occur with wear. Should your item need cleaning, we advise that you bring it to a reputable cobbler for quality results. Store your item in the dust bag when not in use.

CARE TIPS FOR CRYSTAL OR ACRYLIC ACCESSORIES (THE GEMSTONE)

ATIIMU accessories are made from high-grade materials from a unique mold. We advise that you keep it away from water, alcohol, oil, and solvents. We also recommend keeping it away from sensitive fabrics and clothing, such as chiffon and silk. You may use a soft, dry cloth to clean these accessories.

About The Designer

Atieh Nahed Moussi is an architect, designer, and the creative director of ATIIMU. His creative genius began from a young age, influenced by the refined tastes of his family. He made his foray into the world of design as an architect, a formative career that reinforced his innovative artistry and paved the way for his studio in Lebanon.The journey heightened Moussi’s interest in heels and how they expressed the essence of modern women. In 2022, Moussi established ATIIMU in Italy, a fashion house that emerged from the brand’s pear-shaped emerald gemstone, the SPARK.
