Refund & Returns

ATIIMU accepts returns for full-priced items with flaws. If you find that your item is any less than perfect, we are glad to offer you free returns. To be eligible, please follow these steps:

• Request for a return by emailing info@atiimu.com with clear photos of the damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will be in touch to arrange a free collections service for your parcel.
• Ensure that items are in their original and unused condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact.
• Print the waybills provided and attach them to your parcel.
• Ensure that your item is sealed and ready upon the collection date.
• Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed

Your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days in the form of your original payment method or ATIIMU store credit. Refunds include the total value of the item, excluding shipping fees or customs charges. Wrinkles or creases are not considered flaws but rather a mark of genuine Italian leather.
